Group Fitness
It simply does not get any better than this! Become strong, lean and healthy with our Group Fitness Classes. All classes are taught by nationally certified instructors. Belly Dancing - This class is an hour of heart pumping low to medium impact dance aerobics fit for all walks of life.
Insanity - This class combines intense kickboxing with tae kwon do moves giving you an incredible cardiovascular workout.
