FOCUS Career & Education Planning Program
This program assists users in their career development by providing tools to evaluate their personality, interests, skills, and values and matching the results of these assessments to careers that might be suitable to them. This tool also has a wealth of information on 1,200 job titles including a detailed report for each (job duties; skills, values, and interests needed to be successful/satisfied in this field; employment outlook; earnings; advancement strategies; work conditions; suggested areas of study/majors, including graduate school; professional organizations, etc.). Additionally, “What Can I Do With a Major In…” is available in this program to assist students in identifying careers that fit with major(s) they are pursuing at Wesleyan.
This service is provided to Wesleyan students for FREE through the Internships & Career Services Center! Register and begin using FOCUS immediately by clicking here. You will be asked to enter the access code, it is the Wesleyan mascot: bishops.
