Site Information and HistoryThis web site is is served by Microsoft Internet Information Server on Windows 2003 Server, running on a twin-Pentium III 1400 MHz system. It is maintained by the Webmaster in the IS dept. We attempt to be compatible with Netscape 6.01+, Internet Explorer 6.0+ and Firefox 1.0+ (Windows OS), and Internet Explorer 5.1+ and Netscape 7.0+ (Macintosh OS).
Major content additions and a facelift to the main page were made during 1996 by
Charles Creegan, then a faculty member, with the help of system administrator Pat Boyd.

In summer of 1998 Charles Creegan took the full-time position of Webmaster. In late 1998 preparations began for the move to the NT system; this move was hastened by a total failure of the Unix system on April 3, 1999.

web site in 1999 was powered by Microsoft Internet Information Server on
Windows NT Server 4.0, running on a twin-Pentium 400 system. Charles Creegan
developed this home page. This new web site featured JavaScript, scrolling
menus and a rotating photo on the home page.
