The Mims Gallery

The Mims Art Gallery at North Carolina Wesleyan College is in the Dunn Center for Performing Arts. We present world-class entertainment and a wide variety of cultural events, great live music and great things to see from live theater to our gallery art exhibits. The Mims gallery exhibits professional art from around the world, around the state, and from within our own eastern Carolina community. We strive for inclusion and quality and serve a diverse community. All gallery exhibits and opening reception parties are free to the public at convenient times. Reception parties are informal occasions to meet the artists and other people from our community who are interested in the arts. We encourage the gallery public to collect original art from our exhibitions. Art collecting both affirms one’s personal taste as well as acknowledging the talent we have here in North Carolina.
