General Education Requirements
The degree in Psychology is designed to prepare students for positions that require hands-on work in a variety of mental health, social service, and educational settings, under the supervision of professionals in the field. It is also a great stepping stone for graduate school in a number of fields.
Student will be exposed to coursework in: Psychological Development of Childhood/Adolescence, Drugs and Behavior, Sex, Marriage & Family, Abnormal Psychology, Theories of Personality, Physiological Psychology and Conditioning & Learning among others.
