To receive Wesleyan Scholarships and Awards you must be a full-time traditional student at North Carolina Wesleyan College and meet the guidelines associated to each award.

To receive federal and/or state financial aid at NCWC, a student must meet the following criteria:

• Be a U. S. citizen or permanent resident

• Be enrolled at least as a half time student in a degree or certification program

• Make satisfactory progress toward the completion of the academic program and if applicable, registered for the Selective Service

• May not be in default on a loan previously received for college expenses or on a refund on a scholarship, grant, from a previous enrollment period
