Hello, I am Rachel Radford and since 2007 I have been a graduate from NCWC earning a degree in Theatre Arts. I am originally from Rocky Mount, North Carolina. During my free time I love being with my family and friends, taking pictures, scrap-booking, watching sports, movies, theatre, and going to the beach.
