Walking Exercise *

In order to estimate energy expenditure, one should complete the following steps.

  • Enter your weight in pounds
  • Choose either option I or II
I. If you exercised outside, enter the duration of your exercise in minutes. Than, estimate the distance that you covered throughout the exercise session (in miles).
