User name and password:
User names are normally: first initial, last initial and your student
ID number.
Example: Joe G. Student would be js123456
Joe G. Student's email address is:
js123456@my.ncwc.edu
Upper/lower case does not matter for user names, but it does matter for
passwords.

To access Email:
After logging on to any campus public computer, double-click on the
Internet Explorer icon to start Internet Explorer. You may also connect from
any computer, anywhere using Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox.
Students access their email using the
My.NCWC.Edu campus portal.
From the main site:
- Click on the My.NCWC.EDU link located in the right
hand column.
- From the My.NCWC.EDU page click on the Student Email
link located under the Quick Links section on the left hand
side.
- Type your Username and Password into the
appropriate boxes and click the Sign in button.
Returning students - old email accounts:
As of January 2008 we have moved from the Campus Cruiser and Web
advisor systems to the new My.NCWC.EDU campus portal. If you have
not received a username and password, as well as a new email account for
the new campus portal please contact the helpdesk at x5000 or email them
at helpdesk@ncwc.edu.
