Call Forward (cancel):

Lift the receiver or press the "speaker" button. Press the "call fwd" button. The display shows "cancelled" and a confirming tone sounds. Hang up to complete the process.

Camp on busy (to automatically recall a busy number):

While listening to the "busy" tone on a call you just dialed: Press the "camp-on" button (next to the number pad). The button should light and you will hear a confirmation tone. Your phone will ring when the number is no longer busy. When you answer the number will be dialed for you.

Conference:

Press the gray "Conf" button. Dial the extension to be added to the call.

Group Pickup:

This feature is not yet set up. Workgroups will be established soon.

Hold:

Press the red "hold" button (next to the number pad). The current call is placed on hold. You may make or take another call. The held call rings back to you in three minutes.

Last Number Redial:

Lift the receiver or press the "speaker" button and press the gray "Last No. Redial" button. The last-dialed number will be dialed.

Line 2 pickup:

While you are talking, your phone rings on another line. You may simply press the gray button for the ringing line (the light will be flashing). Your display will change to show that you are connected to the other party. You may switch between the lines by pressing the appropriate lighted button. You may transfer either call. The call that is not active is on "hold" and will ring back to you in three minutes.

For all calls: Dial 9+1+AreaCode+Number

To use your personal long distance service, please dial the company's 9-1-800 number.

Message Timestamp:

To learn when (and by whom) a message was left, while listening to the message press 0 twice.
