North Carolina Wesleyan College is a dynamic, growing, liberal arts institution
dedicated to engaging students of any age who want to succeed in life and work, and to
develop those intellectual and social skills, and personal qualities of mind and heart,
that will enable them to be responsible, productive, contributing, healthy, and fulfilled
members of a diverse and free society in relation to their families, workplaces,
communities, nation and world. NCWC has approximately 825 traditional students on campus
and 1300 adult students in Raleigh, Durham, and Goldsboro. The student body, both on
campus and off is highly diverse. Faculty are expected to further student learning through
actively engaging them by using innovative instructional strategies, including
experiential education, technology, and internships. A desire to teach both traditional
and working adult students is important.

Faculty Positions:
Initial applications should include: a letter of application, a resume, original
transcripts showing academic work in higher education and degrees received, and three
letters of recommendation addressing academic qualification and effective teaching

Adult Degree Faculty Positions:
Adjunct Faculty Opportunities. North Carolina Wesleyan College is seeking
qualified individuals to teach courses in Business Management, Accounting, Computer
Information Systems and Criminal Justice. Our evening and weekend courses are offered in a
variety of formats including five and eight week accelerated courses and 12 week
traditional formats. Qualifications: A Masters Degree which includes 18 semester
