May 21, 2002 N.C. Wesleyan College Appoints New Vice President of Enrollment Rocky Mount, N.C.North Carolina Wesleyan College has appointed Dave Voskuil to serve as Vice President of Enrollment. He will be responsible for the areas of student recruitment, admissions, and financial aid, beginning in June. A native of Wisconsin, Voskuil is a seasoned college administrator who served since 1992 as Vice President for Enrollment and Student Life at Texas Wesleyan University in Fort Worth. In addition, he brings to N.C. Wesleyan more than 10 years of experience in admissions and recruitment at Phillips University in Enid, Oklahoma, Lon Morris College in Jacksonville, Texas, and Lakeland College in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. A sports enthusiast, Voskuil worked as Dean of Admission and Student Services at the United States Sports Academy in Mobile, Ala., and played and coached professional basketball in the European Basketball League in Denmark, where he met his wife, Helle. He holds a masters degree in counseling from the University of South Alabama and a B.S. degree in business administration from Lakeland College in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. "I look forward to the opportunities this position provides, supporting the board of trustees and President Newboulds vision for North Carolina Wesleyan," Voskuil said.
