December 10, 2001 North Carolina Wesleyan College Recognizes Gravely Honors Scholarship Recipients Rocky Mount, N.C.-- North Carolina Wesleyan College recently honored 30 Gravely Honors Scholarship recipients at a reception at the College’s Dunn Center for the Performing Arts. The scholarships are made possible through a gift from the locally administered Gravely Foundation, which is committed to helping students through providing educational opportunities. Lanny Shuff, of Rocky Mount, a certified financial planner and financial advisor at Legg, Mason, Wood, Walker, Inc. and a member of Wesleyan’s board of visitors, hosted the scholarship recipients. They are Todd Atkinson, Lauren Blanck, Gina Compofelice, Jarrod S. Davis, Kristen Davis, Lindsay Driver, Niklaus Fusilier, Jamie Greene, Alice A. Harris, Mary Katheryn Hodge, Kathlene Judd, Alison J. Kirch, Terri Langston, Lettie Lawrence, Danielle LeBlanc, Leslie Mavengere, Samantha McAuliffe, Jher’rae Phillips, Deborah Porterfield, Lisa M. Roeder, Kia V. Savage, Katie Schaeffer, Kirstin Sparrow, Shannon St. George, Katherine Thigpen, Tara J. Wells, Amanda Wilber, Courtney Wormuth, Joshua Wright, and Joel B. Yednock. # # # |
