Wesleyan's Statement of Purpose

  • Enrollment: About 900 students in the traditional Rocky Mount program. Another 1,300 students are enrolled in the evening college programs at sites in Rocky Mount, Morrisville, and Goldsboro.

  • Degrees Offered: Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science.
  • Accredited: by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools. The Teacher Education Program is accredited by the National Council for the Accreditation of Teacher Education (NCATE)
  • Cultural Programs: Visiting Writers Series, Performing Arts Series, Staley Lecture Series, Mims Gallery Exhibits, Four Sisters Gallery
